Terell is a graduate of Refrigeration School Inc. (RSI) and holds EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerant handling. He brings hands-on experience with Arizona systems — from heat-killed capacitors to dust-clogged coils — and focuses on accurate diagnostics, safe repairs, and long-term reliability.

Jon Tipton

Smart Home Integration Specialist & General Handyman

Jon began as a hotel maintenance engineer and later served as Chief Engineer and General Manager for prominent Marriott, IHG, and Sonesta-branded hotels. Trusted with the maintenance of multi-million-dollar properties, he brings a systems-level approach — because hotels are essentially huge homes with hundreds of A/C units, bathrooms, electrical fixtures, and technology that must work every day.

Jon also runs an 80+ device Home Assistant smart home and specializes in building smart home systems that are reliable, understandable, and easy to live with.

Payment Terms

Jobs Under $500: Full payment is due upon completion of work.

Jobs Over $500:

  • All equipment, appliances, and/or supplies must be paid in full before work begins
  • 50% of labor costs are due prior to work commencing
  • Remaining balance is due upon completion

We do not offer credit or carry balances forward. Third-party financing options are available; however, written confirmation of approval from the lender must be received before work can be scheduled.

Preferred Payment Methods No Fees

We're a small, local business and we keep our pricing honest and our overhead low. The following payment methods cost us nothing to process, which means we can pass those savings directly to you:

  • ACH / Direct Bank Transfer

These options are fast, simple, and help us keep your costs down. We genuinely appreciate customers who choose one of these methods — it allows us to focus on the work, not on processing fees.

Credit & Debit Card Payments

We understand that sometimes a card is the most convenient option, and we're happy to accept them.

However, payment processors charge us between 2.9%–3.5% on every transaction. Rather than build those fees into everyone's pricing — including customers who pay with cash or direct transfer — we apply a 3.5% processing fee to credit and debit card transactions.

This keeps our base pricing fair for everyone.

Example: $500 service + $17.50 processing fee = $517.50 total

Why We Do It This Way

Big companies bury credit card fees in their prices — you pay them whether you use a card or not. We don't think that's fair to customers who bring cash or pay direct.

By keeping fees separate and transparent, you choose how you want to pay and only cover the costs that apply to your payment method. No hidden markups, no games.

Third-Party Financing

We do not offer in-house credit or payment plans. If you need financing, you're welcome to arrange it through a third-party lender of your choice. Written confirmation of approval must be received before work is scheduled.
